Ghanaian football legend Asamoah Gyan Sold 6 Copies of his book for $41,600 (XAF 24.9 Million)
Ghanaian football legend Asamoah Gyan yesterday made a whopping $41,600 for the sale of 6 copies of his book during the launch. The book, “Gyandary” documents the life of the former Blackstar captain.

Ghanaian football legend Asamoah Gyan yesterday made a whopping $41,600 for the sale of 6 copies of his book during the launch. The book, “Gyandary” documents the life of the former Blackstar captain.
The first copy was bought for $13,000 by businessman, Dr. Ernest Ofori Sarpong, and the second copy of the book was bought by politician, Hon Kennedy Agyepong for the same U.S $13,000.
Businessman, Freedom Jacob paid $6,500 for the third copy, the same amount paid by GFA President, Kurt Okraku.

Politician, Alan Kyeremateng and Asante Kotoko’s CEO, Nana Yaw Athe Mponsah paid the U.S. $1,300 each for the fifth and sixth copies respectively.
